I specialise in sexual assault and complex trauma. My approach is psychodynamic and person-centred, which means we explore how your past shapes your present while building safety at your pace. I offer a steady, honest space to gently understand patterns, reduce shame, and help you feel more grounded and connected.I work with people who are feeling the lasting impact of childhood, trauma and complex trauma, helping them reconnect with themselves, reclaim their inner stability, and move toward a life that feels more whole.
